Zuzanna Tokarska

Zuza has known God since she was little, but it was thanks to her time in youth ministry that her relationship with him became personal. At the age of 15, she first came to a conference organized by El Dorado, one of JV Poland’s national projects. Not much later, she started volunteering with El Dorado’s team. It was a space where her faith deepened, and she was able to serve alongside her peers. Throughout the years of volunteering, Zuza’s heart was transformed and filled with love for young people.

In 2024, after 2 years of working part-time with JV Poland, she stepped into full-time ministry as the volunteer coordinator for El Dorado. The goal of all El Dorado’s activities is to help emerging leaders discover and live out Christ’s calling and equip them to serve in their local churches. Her role includes: recruiting student volunteers, guiding them in service, and preparing training weekends. She also supports teenagers through discipleship and psychological care. Zuza believes that God is creating a new generation of leaders who will be a key part of Polish churches, inspiring others with their hearts devoted to God.
