Catherine Leech

Catherine grew up knowing Jesus and serving at her local church in the UK but felt that one day God would invite her to serve him overseas. Catherine first served with Josiah Venture (JV) as part of a mission team at a camp in Slovenia in 2022. Whilst worshipping with members of the local church, and hearing the voices of multiple languages praising the name of Jesus, Catherine was compelled to join this movement of God, taking every opportunity to reach young people with the gospel. She moved to the Czech Republic in 2025 and, with a heart for the continent of Europe, Catherine is thrilled to serve on the International team, equipping and empowering missionaries across Central and Eastern Europe. Having previously taught in secondary schools in the U.K., Catherine is excited to be able to use her teaching skills to support the work of the school’s highway and to work as a project manager with JV’s ministry specialty team.
