Please notify us before you start a project using the Josiah Venture brand or if you need help with a project. We would love to come alongside you and help in any way we can. Any project collaboration with the C-Team will require an initial meeting to determine the needs, schedule the timing, and start a project brief together. This meeting needs to take place before you begin the project so that we can be ready to serve you. If you need to use the visual branding for Josiah Venture in any way, this will also require that you notify our team ahead of time so we can ensure its correct usage. Please note that most orders take around two weeks to complete. Orders with custom design requests, such as prayer cards or support letters, are dependent on how quickly you respond to draft approval emails. It is best to place these customized orders at least one month in advance, if possible. If you are in an emergency rush, just let us know and we will see what we can do, but we can't always guarantee delivery within a time frame shorter than two weeks.
